If you have already installed Let’s Clean Up! on your computer, you should be able to find the answers to
most of your questions by using the program's Help system. If you can't find the answer to your question there or on
this page, please contact us via email.

Let’s Clean Up! comes with a free 30-day trial period. To continue using it after the trial period has
expired, you will need to register the software. The total price to register is $9.95. There are no yearly
fees or hidden charges of any kind. Your registration gives you the right to run Let’s Clean Up! on a
single computer, and there is no charge if you move Let’s Clean Up! off one computer and onto another.

Let's Clean Up! is supported on all versions of Windows from Windows 98 through Windows 11.
Let’s Clean Up! uses Microsoft Office Access, so you must run it under Windows even on an Apple
computer. (A free runtime version of Access is included with the program if you don’t already have
Access.) You should be able to install and run Let’s Clean Up! if you use Parallels, VMWare Fusion,
Virtualbox, or Bootcamp.
Unlike chore lists that you create once and then copy over and over again, Let’s Clean Up! creates a
flexible schedule that automatically changes from day to day or week to week − whatever meets your needs
and your personal preferences. Because of its dynamic nature, the program only prompts you to perform the
chores that need to be done at the moment. Let’s Clean Up! gives you the freedom to skip doing one or
more scheduled chores without messing up your cleaning schedule. If you skip doing a chore, the program
automatically reschedules it the next time you clean.

instructions. Your existing cleaning schedule will not be affected. If you registered a prior edition of Let’s
Clean Up!, your registration will stay in effect after upgrading the program and you will
not
have to re-register.
Yes, many people from regions outside of the United States are using Let’s Clean Up!. This is not
meant to imply that the product is fully localized; both the user interface and help function are in
English. However, you can enter your cleaning schedule in any language and your regional settings will work
correctly.
Because of the way Microsoft implemented the 32- and 64-bit versions of Office, it is not possible to use
Let’s Clean Up! on a computer where any 64-bit Office products are installed. It is generally possible
to replace 64-bit Office products with 32-bit versions without paying extra through your account at
microsoft.com.
Note: Microsoft strongly recommends customers use the 32-bit version of Office even on
64-bit versions of Windows due to application compatibility.
If you run Let’s Clean Up! from a Windows Guest account, you will see this error message. The "Guest"
account severely limits your capabilities and does not allow Let’s Clean Up! to work correctly. Please
make sure that you are logged into a standard user account or administrator account when you use Let’s
Clean Up!.
